Spring 2019 Kickball Season

Preschool (ages 2-5)

This is a non-competitive, friendly sports league for children ages 2-5 years old. It teaches sportsmanship and basic rules of the game of kickball while developing gross motor skills and meeting new friends. The ball is stationary, no score is kept, and every child gets a homerun. This structure is age-appropriate and the kids have a great time. The season costs $50 and that includes photos, trophy, certificate, and a t-shirt. Every parent helps.
We play every Thursday in March and April (with the exception of March 21) at 1:30 at the Oviedo Little League fields.

Kids (K-5th)

This kickball league is for children in Kindergarten-5th grade. Children will be placed on teams based on age and will play children in their age group. The first two games will be lessons, drills, and practices. There will be 6 games and an awards ceremony. The cost is $50 per player. Please email Kathryn Halterman about scholarship. Every child gets a trophy and certificate. Score is kept but we play for fun and good sportsmanship is taught and required. Posed and candid pictures are taken and included in the price. Parent coaches are needed.

Adults (childcare included)

A kickball league just for adults. The cost is $75 per adult and includes the cost of official referees for the fields and a shirt, pictures, and childcare for children under 9 years old. Kids 9+ can hang out at the field. This will be loads of fun. Invite friends!
Indicate your church’s name or your group’s name when you register so you can be put on the correct team. 12-15 people on a team is a good number. No unregistered substitutes permitted, so having a big team will help you avoid overplaying and getting injured and also help you avoid forfeiting games when you have players out.
Players must be at least 18 years old. The season lasts 9 weeks, but you won’t play every week. Childcare is available to you all 9 weeks, though. Date Night!
