Childrens Ministry

Tuesday at 10:15 – Book Club

It’s never too late to jump in on Book Club. Each week Mrs. Kathryn reads a picture book, has a lesson about the book, and then reads the next chapter from a chapter book. Our current chapter book is The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis.

9:00 AM Sunday School

Temperature checks and masks are required. We have our class outdoors when the weather permits for safety and comfort.

Children will develop a relationship with the Lord through intentional stories, wondering, and work. Our Godly Play approach to Sunday School believes that children have an innate sense of the presence of God. Our teachers are here to help them explore their faith through story, to gain religious language and to enhance their spiritual experience though wonder and play. Based on Montessori principles and developed using a spiral curriculum, the Godly Play method serves children through early, middle and late childhood and beyond. Come join us!

Our Children’s Christmas Musical: Star of Wonder

All of our volunteers and support staff for our Children Ministry Programs are background checked and follow our Child/Youth Protection Policy to ensure the highest quality of care. Pagers are also available to parents for their convenience.
