10:00 AM Childcare

Room 1-110: Nursery

Mrs. Dawn has worked in the First Church Oviedo Nursery for over thirty years. She and her capable staff and volunteers are waiting with loving arms for your little one. Nursery is for babies 0-3 years. Pagers are available for parents to be alerted if the child needs anything.

10:00 AM Sunday School

Upstairs Fellowship Hall (Building 3): 4 years old – 5th grade

Children will develop a relationship with the Lord through intentional stories, wondering, and work. Our Godly Play approach to Sunday School believes that children have an innate sense of the presence of God. Our teachers are here to help them explore their faith through story, to gain religious language and to enhance their spiritual experience though wonder and play. Based on Montessori principles and developed using a spiral curriculum, the Godly Play method serves children through early, middle and late childhood and beyond. Come join us!

All of our volunteers and support staff for our Children Ministry Programs are background checked and follow our Child/Youth Protection Policy to ensure the highest quality of care. Pagers are also available to parents for their convenience.
